How this work begins

I work privately with a small number of mothers at a time. This work is for women who want to lose weight postpartum without disconnecting from their bodies, and who understand that embodied self-value unfolds over time — not through urgency or force.

Most women begin with a one-time Entry Session.

This is a calm, intentional space to slow things down, listen closely, and clarify what kind of support is truly needed — for your body, your season, and your capacity.

From there:

  • Some women are invited into my six-month 1:1 container

  • others leave with clarity and feel complete

Both outcomes are valid.

  • $500 · One-time · Private

The Entry Session is a private holding and discernment space.

It is designed for mothers considering deeper 1:1 work who want a grounded, thoughtful orientation before committing to longer-term support.

This session is strategic and diagnostic in nature. It is a space to assess how your body is currently responding, what kind of support would be most appropriate, and whether longer-term work together is aligned for this season.

    In this session, we:

    • slow the pace

    • listen to what your body is asking for

    • explore your relationship with weight loss, fitness, and care

    • clarify what kind of support would be most nourishing right now

Some women continue into longer-term work. Others leave with orientation and relief. This is not about convincing or selling. You will not be rushed to decide. You will be received thoughtfully, and you will leave with clarity.

  • This container is for mothers who want to lose weight while cultivating safety, consistency, and trust in their bodies — and who understand that this kind of work requires time to settle and integrate.

Many women enter this work with aesthetic goals - a desire to feel strong, supported, and at home in how their body looks. This container does not ignore that desire. It simply refuses to make force the path to it.

    This container is:

    • steady, not rushed

    • body-centered

    • structured, but responsive

    It supports:

    • sustainable postpartum weight loss

    • strength built through care rather than force

    • trust in your body’s signals and rhythms

    • embodiment of the values you want to pass on

Space is intentionally limited, and entry is by invitation after an Entry Session.

Is this work for you?

If you have not yet read through my philosophy, please do. I wrote it with great detail and intention to clarify my coaching approach. This work may be right for you if:

  • you’re tired of force-based approaches to fitness

  • you want your body to feel like home again

  • you’re thinking about what you’re modeling for your child

  • you value depth, quality, and intention

You do not need to be at a certain stage; you only need to be willing to commit to the work.

How to begin

There is no pressure to decide quickly.

This is an invitation to look inward,
to notice what your body is asking for, and to ask if this feels like the right next step for support in this season of your life.

If you have any questions, please send me a DM on Instagram. I’d love to hear from you.
