The Entry Session

A lifestyle audit and recalibration session designed to thoughtfully assess your habits, patterns, and capacity - so your weight loss approach can finally align with your life.

This is a different way to start.

This session is a private, 1:1 diagnostic session designed to help you understand why things feel stuck in your body, your routine, or your relationship with food and movement. Most fitness programs have you to start at the surface. I’m inviting you to explore the deeper patterns that shape your consistency, choices, and capacity to follow through.

During my postpartum sabbatical, this is the work I’ve been quietly refining. I’m opening a small number of sessions as I prepare to release it officially.

This is for you if:

  • You feel like you “know what to do” but struggle to stay consistent

  • Your approach to fitness or nutrition feels disconnected or unsustainable

  • You want to lose weight, but not at the cost of your relationship with your body

  • You’re in a season of life (especially motherhood) that requires a different way of doing things

The Investment

  • I’m currently refining this session before offering it as a paid experience. When I do officially launch it, it will be an investment of 500 Euro.

    These complimentary sessions allow me to deepen the work through real conversations.

    In exchange, I ask for your honest feedback after the session.

  • Once you apply, I’ll personally read through your responses to get a sense of where you are and whether this session is the right fit for you.

    If it feels aligned, you’ll receive an email with the next steps and a link to book your session.

    We’ll meet for a 90-minute private session over Zoom. This is a focused, thoughtful space where we’ll look at what’s actually going on beneath the surface—not just your habits, but the patterns shaping them.

    Each month, I’m only opening four sessions for this experience so I can keep the space intentional and give each conversation the level of care it deserves.

  • After the session, you’ll receive a personalized written summary that brings together what we uncovered.

    This includes the key patterns we identified, a clear articulation of what’s been keeping you stuck, and a set of grounded, thoughtful recommendations tailored to your current life and capacity.

    This is a recommended strategy that helps you stay connected to what we clarified, even after the session ends.

    You’ll also have a short follow-up touchpoint with me, so you’re not left alone to process everything on your own. During the follow-up, you can ask additional questions or thoughts that came to you after the session, so you leave feeling complete.
